Am 20 yrs, I have 3 problems, 1 I ejaculate in less than a minute during sex it has been bothering me for a good 3 years yet before I was good in sex but it changed slowly when climaxing sooner in the first round but the second round I take more time than the first, but now each round I don't take minute. 2.the second problem is I have breast swelling and tenderness and my breasts are bigger than that of men. 3.the third problem is, I have acne in on my back. I don't know what's that for. I have tried every medicine and herbs but no change please I need your help doctor thank you.
