I am feeling dehydrated from two days. I am drinking six glasses of water daily then why am feeling dehydrated. Please tell me a home based solutions.

Six glass water is not enough. You have to drink more. Use liquid in different form not only in water. You can take lassi, sugarcane juice, soups, nimboo pani, sarbat, tang, frit juices etc. When you get up early in the morning drink one glass of water. One glass of water before and after bathing. Take nimboo pani, juice, lassi with breakfast. Drink sips of water every 20min it will be better. Best of luck try this.

You should drink 3 lit water/day to stay hydrated.You can take watery vegetables,fruits,fruit juice.These will help.
