I am a 2 pu student I am studying hard for exams but I seem to have some sort of illness and I need your help I think its just flu but can you give me the symptoms of it please Ty.

Fever,cough,sore throat, running noseheadache, bodyache pain in muscle, fatigue
1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet  sos upto a maximum of  three tablets daily after food 
2.cold sponging Sos
3.Drink plenty of water
4.Take rest
4.If no relief do blood examination like   ESR, CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp/malaria antigen and Dengue antigen(NS1) test, urine Re/Me after consulting doctor
5. consult me for further advice

it may be due to viral infections thereby feeling uneasyness, fatigue, bodyache, headeche and mailaise etc do warm saline gargle regularly, have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in vitamin C thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevents infection.
