My Teeth have unbearably more sensitive now. The gums too are receding. As advised, I use the softest bristled toothbrush available. I even do not do hard brushing. For my age, at 32, its too early for these problems. Please advice what should I do.

Mr. Lybrate-user start using toothpaste senquel-f twice or thrice a day, take the toothpaste on a finger n coat it over all the tooth surfaces n leave it for 5 min after that you can do the brushing using a soft bristle brush, this toothpaste has fluoride as a content, which will close the surface of dentinal tubules reducing the sensitivity, it will definitely benefit u, you can use it more times also, just gargle it away in 5 to 10 min.
