I am 37years old female. I HV mentality problem. I can't control anger. I don't knw why but I HV 2 solve this problem. Busy schedule of my life. Job classes dnt HV time 4 exercise nd yoga etc. So wat can I do for control my anger? please solve my problem. Thank you.

hello there are two types of urges mentioned in Ayurveda 1) dharniya vega (urges, should b controlled, but you aren't) like chinta-stress, bhaya-fear, shoka-, krodha-short temper, maan- ego, lobha-greedy etc mental condition you should control yourself 2) adharniya vega (urges that should not be controlled, but you are controling) like sleep, urine, stool, hunger, thirst, yawn, sneeze, vomit etc. why anger comes, we should go to root causes in you, like, * some times we called it anger, but actually it's irritation or short temper * it's because of you are not somehow happy with your work or family or life style or yourself * unsatisfied dream, desire, expectations produced anger obviously * problems in digestion also produce anger, like acidity, gas, constipation etc my advises to you are * take life lightly * main problem is how you are reacting matters & incidence of your life & day to day * you can see half filled glass of water by two way: half is still empty(nagative attitude) or half full(positive) * take balance diet * no one is too busy, problem is time managment,. our p.m. is also giving time for yoga * constipation should removed * you can take brahmi sankhpuspi etc ayurveda medicine * I recommended strongly, go near by ayurveda centre & take shirodhara & Nashya treatment
