I am a 22 woman, slight obesity, alpha thalassemia trait. I am feeling under weather. I am asking if normal to feel the heart being squeezed like a ball for about a few months and today is the worst and making me uncomfortable. My current bp is 77/56 84. My bp has never been to normal bp. My symptoms were back pain, headache, fatigue, dizzy. I have been using 2 pillows for sleeping. Is normal?
