Whenever, I just wash hand after washroom, I just feel like the, the water droplets from sink, splashed and touched my hand, I feel like it shouldn't happen, it will spread tetanus then I wash my hand again, and I end up washing my hand 3 to 4 times, then I just fear that, if I shake hand with anybody or share an object tetanus will spread! even though I wash my hands, after washroom I end up in washing my hand 10 times a day, I also keep washing my watch as soap foam touch watch! and my biggest fear is, can tetanus be spread when I shake hand with others. And what to do if water splashes from sink!

Hey don't worry too much. Tetanus bacteria is present in soil/animal faeces etc. Clean surfaces/ hands don't harbor the bacteria. Moreover, it only spreads through cuts/ wounds. It can't penetrate intact skin. So you won't get tetanus that easily. Try to prevent yourself from washing hands repeatedly even if you feel they are dirty. You will gradually be able to curb the habit.
