Hello. I was having a tight foreskin problem but due to regular massage of oil. I am getting rid of this problem. But I came to know that I have a tight frenulum problem. When I pull back the penis skin it make rings. Please tell me what to do. And is this the reason of short size penis (4 inches in erected x condition. Please tell can it increase after curing the tight frenulum problem.?
