I'm 30 years old male, I have fatty liver and high cholesterol with enlarge heart and my creatinine level is 2.7,i don't know why my blood pressure always high. What should I do? Right now i'm on vasoprin, prinpil 5, livorin forte and aswift 20. Should I continue this medication or I should add another drug to it? Or is there any of the drug I should stop that might affect my kidney more or increase creatinine? Do I need dialysis or I can still manage?
