I never opened my penis for cleaning due to my unawareness, Dr. started treating my penile infections with antibiotics, I am having paraphimosis and infection on my penis, after all the treatment that he gave, he asked me that you can involve in sexual intercourse, but could not proceed because of tight foreskin and hypersensitivity of penis glans, while cleaning penis, I can see the shiny white layer on my penis ring, so I started using betnovate c cream on it, I was able to remove that shiny white layer. I am using betnovate c from last week, but now searching over the internet I got to know, I should not use betnovate c as it contains steroids, I think I have balanitis (infections of penis), and also have less elasticity of my penis ring band also, unable to perform sexual intercourse. Help me on this?

Hello-"phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. The foreskin of the penis is not retractable in an infant or a young child.
