Your weight should be in between 66-70 kg. You should have a balanced diet, and eat frequently every 3-4 hrs. In between meals, have fruit shakes,(banana/mango/chiku) shakes, sweet lassi, sweet curd, fruit puddings/custards at night, and dates or a handful of nuts in the morning everyday, besides this practice stress relieving techniques like yoga, exercises, do weight training 30-45 min three times a week.
