I am suffering from anxiety or depression, due to which I am not able to sleep properly and I also feel fully exhaust even after a over night sleep.

Dear anxiety or depression are clinical terms so please do not go in their details. Improper sleep leads to overall tiredness, bad mood and low spirits. Anxiety or depression occurs when 1. We are not prepared to face a situation 2. We are trying to avoid and accept a concern or situation 3. We have accepted that there is no problem to the situation. So you need to identify where the problem is and then only we can think of solution. Do brisk walk 30-40min daily, add rasins, almonds, gooseberry and milk to your diet. Feel free to discuss with me.
