Dear, I dont know why are you using seroflo and maxiflo simultaneusly. Both the inhalers contain steroid which may lead to ulcer and sore of mouth if you dont rinse your mouth properly after use. As per your condition, I would suggest you to 1) take one inhaler as rescue medicine only when you will have severe breathing problem. You may use 200 mcg levosalbutamol containing inhaler. 2) one steroid containing inhaler like seroflo 250 regularly. Remember to rinse your mouth after use. I recommend to use a spacer device during taking puffs. 3) take antiallergic like montelukast and levocetrizine for 1 month 4) do regular chest physiotherapy. 5)absolute stoppage of smoking 6) avoid dirt, dust, cold exposure. 7)take annual influenza vaccine every year and peumococcal vaccine once in your life. 8) according to your response, you may also need a third inhaler like tiova, tiate and medicines like doxophyllin. Hope, this helps. Wish you good health. Dr. S. Modak
