Hello sir I am 23 year old and in my left side of testis I feel veins enlarge and sometimes I it?s hidden nothing to see when I touch my scrotum I feel then again and the second thing is my scrotum bag is too loose I feel looseness nd discomfort. And I told this problem to doc he said it?s normal but I feel so looseness. And while I get erection from my penis after some seconds I get water discharge in dropping like chipchipa pani and my erection falls down. I have not full tight erection from last 5 months. My morning erection is also to loose now. Is it normal or serious problem .i have so confused what to do some says it?s dhaant problem please help me sir.
