I have lost about 5kgs weight in 40 days. I have done intense workout these 40 days. Does that harm my body in any ways?

Hye. If your diet was right, as per the body's needs and your workout was moderate, it's a decent loss. But, if your intake was poor or if you have crashed your diet and at the same time done strenuous workout, the chances are, you have lost muscle mass and bone mass, and fats are as it is. If, this is the case then you will gain all the lost weight and much more once you go back to your old routine. Also the fats will increase much more.
