Hi, I am 29 year old healthy female with no history of allergies. I am currently not on any medications. I recently came to know that I am vitamin d deficient (levels 6 ng/ml). Though I have never had any allergic reaction, I am afraid that being vit d deficient would lead me to developing serious food allergies. Is that possible or my fears are not true?

Vitamin d deficiencies doesn't lead to allergies. Need to correct your vitamin levels with proper supplements. Do cbc and ige levels. And consult me privately with reports for proper management and prescription.
