M doing gyming for d last 1 n half years bt effect on my body is very rare I loose weight at d same my fat decreases n converted into muscle d process is very very slow. Do I need to take some supplements. Rightnow m talking iso sensation protein n in diet not taking any sodas, junk food. Wad to do please suggest.

Hello, * Discontinue Gym for d time being. * Take, plenty of water. * Take, proteinos diet. * Easily digestible diet, * go for meditation in stead of Gym. *Homoeo-care** @ Ashawagandha Q-10 drops, thrice a day,with little water. Report fortnightly.
