I have small pennies about 3.5 inches when it erected so if I get married is there any problem while doing sex and will my wife get pregnancy?

Hello- size of penis does not matter in terms of pregnancy.
Although 3.5 inches is a little bit below average, but now as you have attained 18 years of age, penis size does not increase after 18 years so there is no use of taking any kind of treatment to increase your size. Now as far as married life is concerned, you can absolutely satisfy your partner with this size of penis, if erection is ok and there is no premature ejaculation. If you can penetrate comfortably there will be no problem in pregnancy in future. You may go ahead and get married.
With 3. 5 inches penis can you do successful intercource and your wife also can get pregnant. For successful intercource you need hard erection and extra time with full stamina.
