Migraine is more of a preventable disease than curative. You have to identify the triggers of your headache and avoid them.
Avoid exposure to bright light, loud sound, sunlight.
Avoid chocolate and coffee.
Have enough sleep.
Drink 3-4 litres of water daily. I can prescribe you prophylactic medicines too if you want.
