Low testosterone levels can be because of many reasons. Sometimes genetics, sometimes underdeveloped testis and many more. You should actually get your treatment done before you get married, otherwise it may interfere in your sexual performance in future. Which may lead to to a lot of problems in your married life. You should exercise regularly have at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every day and have a balanced diet, having good amount of proteins healthy fats, carbohydrates minerals and vitamins. Fortunately there is a treatment for low t levels in ayurveda, but one size does not fit all. Only ashwagandha is not going to help you out. You can be treated only after more getting more details and more investigations. You should get your fsh and lh levels done and consult a good qualified ayurvedic sexoligist for treatment options. Good luck.
