I just need to reduce my belly fat, I heard that green tea reduces the fat so kindly tell me hot to drink the green tea is there any particular way to do or make as normal tea.

It's very simple. Drink green tea at least 3-4 times in a day. But do not drink along with meals as it inhibits the absorption of other nutrients. Boil water and add green tea bag or leaf and let it steep for 2-3 minutes, add fresh lime juice and consume.
