2 weeks ago I felt something soft lump near my jaw (right side. When I move my head around. And it hurts a little. I noticed I had cold that time. Gradually that lump becomes softer and smaller and nothing hurts. But it hasn't fully gone away. I can still feel that. 3 days ago. Again I felt a lump on the other side.(left. This time i've got cold too. But I am tensed if it is something serious .(perhaps related to my lymph nodes swelling. Can you suggest me what should be done?

These small lump like swellings around neck are be ause of cough and cold, not to worry much, but on a safer aspect, I would recommend you to start some medication along side saline water gargles and steam inhalation, also some leading questions are needed to be asked.
