Hello doctor, i?m 16 years of age ? I had anxiety for a while which resulted in acid reflux which I had for 5 days, I had abdominal discomfort and heartburn?that got better as I became more relaxed?now for the past two day i?ve had this irritating feeling in the back of my throat, it feels like there is a pill in my throat?its not painful at all, just annoying?i can mostly feel it when i?m swallowing my own saliva ? I don?t feel it when I eat, drink or breath ?i have high health anxiety and get stressed out about these things because I don?t really understand whats going on ?we?re in covid lockdown in my country which means the doctors are?t very available at the moment and i?m trying to see if I can figure out what this is?i have some medical history, the ?clep? in my stomach hasn?t worked ever, I was born with acid reflux problems that come and go, it usually comes back when I eat allot of bread like food or spicy food but in the last week I had it because of anxiety?i also had my tonsils removed when I was younger ? I have done some research and it seems like I have globus sensation, but how can I be sure.
