Hello Sadeer, The best way to recover the deficiencies in your body is through foods. Pulses and fish are the best sources of proteins. You need to eat a proper sumptuous diet. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. For calcium, the richest source of calcium are Ragi millet and milk. If you incorporate the right things in your diet, your deficiencies can be over come by diet alone and you will not require any supplements.
