Breakfast is very important meal of the entire day so skipping is not good. Many researches has been done and found that breakfast eaters tend to be healthier. If you think heavy breakfast can lead to weight gain then its no. Because ot not only helps to maintain body weight but also keeps you fit and healthy in the entire day. Skipping breakfast may lead to risk of obesity. You may feel lazy tired. Skipping breakfast causes people to be more hungry and eat more at lunch/dinner which will compensate your breakfast so why to avoid. You can make your diet healthy which doeas not contain fat in breakfast. You can have fresh juice, bread slices, milk, poha, upma, fruits like papaya etc in your breakfast rather than taking butter, cheese, ghee etc which wil increase your cholestrol level. So as an advice start taking breakfast daily. If you want you can skip your dinner. or make a schedule in which you end with your dinner at 6-7 pm and so that food digest on time and you can sleep. Have breakfast rich in protein which is very good breakfast. If you do not feel hungry in morning than do not forcefully have it. Take lemon and honey in hot water daily this will increase your food digestion ability and will make you fit. Best Regards.
