Hello Doc, My problem is my age is 20 and it will be 21 soon but my body looks like 16-18 year boy. Is there any exercise or foods which will improve my body. Thanks.

To increase body weight and to look muscular do exercise like weight lifting,push ups,sit ups and other muscle building exercise.Use whole cream milk or milk shake.Take banana 3-4 pcs/day.Esta more food more frequently.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Use more protein to gain weight.Take healthy fats extra.Eat extra nuts,seeds.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.You take weight gainer supplement.Take quality sleep at night.These gonna help you.
