Bartholin cysts if not infected what should be taken to reduce that swelling and bring it back to normal?

If the cyst is on single side and smaller in size and as you said if there is no swelling and rest all parameters are normal like maintaining lubrication etc.  Then there is nothing to worry.  With proper hygiene and some simple remedies can help you to manage this condition.
As you specifically mentioned that it is not infected and if you do not have symptoms like pain or discomfort and only a swelling,  
Then following remedies are helpful.
In Ayurveda we believe that any kind of obstructions can be cleared of by a kind of detox method, for which there are some medications like Kanchanara or Kaishora Guggulu, they are helpful however, its better to consult so that your doubts will be cleared and dosage can be given.
Also, Garlic usage is helpful, if it is processed with milk and that has to be consumed internally.
Do not press the cyst under aseptic conditions.
