I hv a bg problem of snoring sometimes it's too embarrassing. Hv been suffering from this problem for last 10 years. I can't stay another place like friends and relatives house. I just want to get rid of it. It's horrible. please help.

These are some methods & instruction for releif in snoring: ? Exercise daily and running, jogging. Do long breathing exercise pranayam daily. ? Clear nasal passage (nose) before sleeping. You can take steam for 2 - 3 minutes to clear the passage. ? Change your sleeping position, elevate your pillow slightly while sleeping. ? Sleep on a side not on back. ? It looks you r overweight. There are surgeries and devices available for snoring but in your case cpap ie positive pressure breating appliances will only help. Though this may need a consultation clinically to find the level of obstruction for finding adequate device. 1st and foremost. Loose your weght. Not an easy task 1) stop having coffee tea alcohol 2) eat within 15 min of getting up 3) eat every 2hrly 4) eat less of fried/ bakery items/ fast food 5) exercise for 30 min daily.
