Having strain & pain from right hip to feet autometically released after 20-30min. Walk, no definciencies in x-ray, using" gabapin me" as advised by doctor since ten days. Advise proper treatment please ?

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I want to know your detailed clinical history, your relevant investigations, your treatment records till now. It helps me to better understand your condition and prescribe accordingly. You have only mentioned leg pain, do you also have back pain with off and on radiation to legs, x rays will normally not show anything since it shows only bony structure and not nerves. Gabapin is drug used for management of neuropathic pain but dose depends upon your symptoms. Please also mention your co-morbid conditions and drug allergy.
