My mother has 52 years old and also diabetic patient. Recently my fathere passed away. After that we noticed some changes in there behaviour. She has short temper and make shouting when talk with some others. Her words can be bare for others. Please tell me is it need to consult with a phsycatric. Then give me a better option

Hi, losing a loved one is distressing and different people have different ways of expressing their loss. You might want to consult a psychiatrist, if her behavior grows more problematic and continues for unusually long period, as compared to others in your knowledge. All the best!

You should be able to distinguish between disappointment and depression. Your mother is disappointed. Disappointment also brings on symptoms identical to depression but they are short lived.
