Be natural as it will last and not synthetic products which has limited period of action. Take chicken (400 gm) daily in your diet eggs (4 half boiled). Fruits any one daily. 2 glass of full cream milk. 4 times meal - with ghee. Keep bowels clear. However please try to burn the extra calories you are taking as food.
