Can you clear my confusion some doctors says anti rabies vaccine gives you protection for 3 months after completing anti rabies vaccine course of 4 vaccines day 0 3 7 28 for 3 months if again scratch or bitten happens again you don't need any vaccine not even 2 booster dose and some doctors says anti rabies vaccine protect you for 6 months after completing the vaccination course so which is correct 3 months or 6 months.

"within 3 months" of vaccination, if again a dog/any animal bite happens, you need not to take any anti rabies vaccine. Only wound treatment. If "after 3 months" of vaccination, animal bite happens, you need to take 2 booster dose on day 0 and 3. No need of rabies immunoglobulin.
