Hi sir I am 36 year old. I burp continuously after drinking water or after eating food. Because of this, I also have burning sensation in the chest and also there is pain in the chest. When I consult with the doctor, he said there is gas. I eat gas pills continuously in the morning from last 8 months and when I stop taking gas pills, then again heartburn and belching starts. I have also corrected my eating routine. I avoid spicy food. Is there no permanent solution to this? Or will I have to take a gas pill for the rest of my life? Can I get any side effects by taking so many gas pills? Please consult.
