Hello. I want to ask about masturbation. My friend is suffering from this problem. He is 20 years old. He tried a lot to control this habit but again and again he fail. He feel very bad and guilty. Soo I want to ask is masturbation is safe or causes any problem. How can he control this habit. If he try a lot to control this habit but again and again he failed soo what shall he do to control this habit, please help me. Please reply as soon as possible.

masturbating twice a week is normal and acceptable.ask him to start yoga and relaxation techniques to help him leave it.
