Usually no symptoms except increase in size. Liposuction is the main procedure but sometime gland has to be removed.

Usually there are no symptoms, but signs are prominent, you can't wear t shirts, bcos the breasts show up prominently, you will feel uncomfortable with the stares and giggles, cure is by liposuction or surgery

Any breast enlargement during pubertal period which does not regress in 4-5 years is gynaecomastia. It has both fat and gland. Surgery is the only answer. You can consult an endocrinologist before going ahead with surgery.
