Hello doctor my intradermal rabies vaccination schedule is day 0 3 7 28 today I took my 3rd (day 7) anti rabies vaccine but today nurse injected me 3rd vaccine in intramuscular route so should again I have to take 3rd dose (day 7 vaccine) because doctor prescribed me intradermal vaccine.

Nothing will happen. Anti rabies antibodies will eventually form even if given in intramuscular route. But intradermal route is the specific/potent/ effective in inducing a specific cell mediated immune response thus is the preferred route of administration. So, no need to repeat the dose but make sure the next dose is given intradermally.
