I eat every day 8- 10 chapati. & full diet food 3 times in a day but I m soo thin. I want grow some fat So what is reason behind that?

Hi lybrate-user, its not that if eat 8-10 rotis per would be sufficient for you to grow your weight. You need to balance your diet in all other food groups also like fruits and vegetables, non veg, milk and milk products, whole grains, pulses etc. Please consult a dietician who will explain you how to follow a proper diet and what foods to be included and which to be avoided.
