MY Body is very thin. In previous days I eat a lot and nowadays I don't like to eat whether its delicious or not I want to put on some weight and I m vegetarian. Please suggest some diet for me.

Maninder walk regularly for good metabolism..take high protein diet..take warm milk with honey twice a day before sleeping...drink lots of juices...take chitrakadi bati after meal...take ashwgandha powder twice a day with water..
