I am 8th month pregnant and my bp is out of control even after taking labetalol 200 mg thrice and methyldopa 500 mg twice in a day. Due to high bp baby growth also affected. Sd ratio also increased. I am worried how can it will be controlled.

u need to monitor the baby and ur liver function to ensure an early delivery is not needed

Hey! your gestational age is 34wk+ and as yiu said your bp is high despite of oral medication and having any symptoms like pain in stomach. Blurred vision it may suggest impending preeclampsia .i���ll suggest you to do some lab investigations. Lft.urine analysis for protein and if levels are high than it���s better to deliver baby.
