That might be frustrating for you. You might not be able to live a life of your choice and not accomplished what you wanted to. However, allopathic treatment can only offer symptomatic relief with some side effects of the medicines but no long term resolution. Alternative treatment like homeopathy and ayurveda offer gentle and holistic treatment which is safer and remove the problem from its roots. Counselling is another such intervention which has helped many individuals suffering from anxiety and sleep issues by teaching them practical tips and techniques to sleep naturally and also learn how to manage stress and tension better without losing your equilibrium. You will be able to modify the unhealthy and irrational thoughts due to which you feel anxious and replace them with healthy and rational thoughts and behaviours which will make you feel confident and liberated from within to take on tasks which caused anxiety before. Exercise every day and do deep breathing and pranaymas for calming down and feel functional.
