Hello. Its because of unhealthy dietary habits and sedentary life. Follow these steps to reduce weight:- 1. Eat healthy diet like all green leafy veges, fresh fruits. Include green salad in your diet. Its rich in fiber which keep you to feel full for long time. 2. Drink plenty of water (10-12glass daily). It also maintain weight. You can also add one lemon juice and one spoon honey in warm water. Drink this early morning. 3. Avoid sweets and cold drinks. Prefer fresh juice. Avoid regular tea also. Start green tea. It also reduce belly. 4. Nuts are also good for healthy body. Its rich in fiber and omega 3.5. Avoid fried food and too much spicy food. Its bad for health. 6. Take 8 hrs good sleep. 7.
