Hello doctor, I had my first pregnancy miscarriage in march 2015 and after that I tried to conceive but no success. My period last for almost 4-5 Days. On almost 4th day of period my blood test were done which show FSH 13.33 and LH 6.50. I want to conceive and get pregnant. please tell me what should I do.

These blood tests must be done on second day of menstrual cycle. When done later, the results are not correct as hormonal levels keep changing according to the day of the cycle. As you miscarried in march, there must have been a period of 3 to 6 months in which you would have been advised not to conceive. This means you have been trying for pregnancy since 4 to 6 months only. If you conceived earlier without difficulty and your periods or regular, you should be able to conceive again easily. Please take folic acid tablets 5 mg once daily at this time and meet a gynaecologist if you still have difficulty in conceiving.
