I am 18+ but I am unhealthy and under weight too. I try tried so many weight gainer but fail to raise my weight. What should I do.

You should take breakfast like sprouts/ poha /sprouted parantha + I glass of milk with almond n anjeer. Don't skip breakfast. In lunch take dal n vegetables more. In snacks take sattu + milk or soyabeans and its products. Before sleeping take 1 glass of milk.
