Gud morning. I am 24years female ht 152cm weight 60kg I want to loose weight n I hav got very bad fats in abdominal, thigh, and waist please suggest me a gud diet plan to burn fats quickly.

Do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank,squat.Eat small amount of foods.Do not skip meals.Take lots of watery fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods.No sugar,sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take extra protein for weight loss program.Take yogurt,dates everyday.Use small amount of healthy fat in cooking.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Drink lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.These will help you.
