Hi I am 21 years old and I got my eyes checked yesterday. My power is left eye:-0.25 cyl axis-30 & right eye:-0.25 cyl axis-170. I want to purchase a blue cut uv 420 specs. Should I buy a powered one or zero power. Will there be any problem if I don't use powered one. I feel eye pain while watching tv and laptop. If I buy powered one at what time should I use it?
