I am currently having my anti rabbies course, after 2 doses (day 3 ). I was scratched again by a stray cat. When I was feeding her. It scratched my foot (heel bone ). There is only a minor wound. Do I need to change my schedule or take any additional dose.

No you don't need to worry at all. And there are 2 reasons for that 1.once you are vaccinated by rabies vaccine the antibody remains for around 3 months in your body. 2.most commonly the rabies infection is spread through saliva. So don't you worry .keep continuing the dosage of vaccine as prescribed earlier.
