I eat proper vegetarian meal everyday. I am skinny. So to get muscles I am trying to workout. But I am not able to even single push up. I am not having strength. What shall I do?

Pratik take healthy high protein diet like whole milk.include oatsmeal and cornflakes in breakfast..take warm milk with honey twice a day before sleeping..walk or gym regularly..maximum intake of fruit juices and green tea...take vitamine C rich food...take good sound sleep...
