30 year old male, I had dry skin on my gland top which has now turned into a round patch of broken skin slightly distinguishable from the healthy skin. It?s not painful but the ring seems to be growing slowly. I am not sexually active, my hygiene is good but I do masturbate frequently. Please advise.
