My daughter age 1 years having wheezing or stridor like sound since 3 months, sound is irregular and not occurs while sleep. It seems sounds comes from nose. Cbc was done before 1 month. Wbc was slightly increased at that time. Pediatrician adv antibiotic, deflazacort syrp, cough syrup and nasal drop. After few days medicine had stopped and now advice montelukast and levocetirizine syrup and saline nasal drop. please suggest me treatment and medication. She had cough and cold 3 month before after that the sound coming.
