Hello i'm a male, 25 y.o. Weigh about 130 kg ,height about 1.92 m. I started having migraines like 8 years ago, having painful headache on the right side of the brain and loss of visual on the right side of my eyes. As I was worried I had a brain mri scan, everything was ok so I was given some magnesium supplements (migraines occurred spontaneous to make an average I would say once per 3 months) since pandemic started (march 2020) as I started working from home, and I had a very sedentary lifestyle until now, even months without getting out of the house, I just eat delivery, and after exhausting hours I drank allot of alcohol too. So going back 1 week ago to say 17th may, I drank allot of alcohol (like 2 liters of 40% concentration, to keep me going the next day on work I was drinking like 4 liters of coke, after that I had one of the worst migraines of my life, very hard 4-5 hrs so I decided to go easy on alcohol and sugary drinks. I usually drink like 2 cups of coffee daily, but ever since that day (17th may) every time I drink coffee I get very very dizzy in the head and ii feel like im gonna faze out of consciousness, and I feel extremely bad for 3-4 hrs .i can not sleep at night as my eyes do not feel synchronized anymore and in disarray and my brain too. I told myself that I need to take a break from caffeine too. Today I was extremely tired and I needed to focus at work and I tried again to drink coffee, everything was alright but after like 30 minutes it kicked in again, it was the same hard dizziness and I fainted for some seconds, after I got back to my senses I had felt very very bad (like I could faint myself anytime) for another 5 loooong hours in which I could not think properly .after that I got little better and after such a long very hard day I got myself a burger, now its been like 40 minutes since I ate that burger but the food triggered the migraine again, I feel like my body is saturated and can not process after such a long year of excesses. And it is not a normal pain I could endure .this pain its different not too hard but constant and the extreme dizziness, and the feeling that I could pass out anytime its really a dread. The hospital in my city its full with covid cases and I can not even make an appointment to neurology. please tell what disease this symptoms may be related to, its a late night hour and I can not even sleep, I feel like my brain is falling apart.
